Puget Soundworks is hiring!
Come join our team! We have created four part-time contract positions to assist Miriam and the Board with the day-to day operations of our organization. Chorus Manager (~8 hours/week, $850/month): Self-motivated and a great communicator, this leader manages singer-facing communications: rehearsal reminders, surveys, and Chorus Connection updates. Maintains Google Drive organization and file distribution. Handles music purchasing and inbox management. Serves as logistics point of contact for 100+ singers.
Finance Manager (~4 hours/week, $400/month): At home with numbers and spreadsheets, this leader tracks income and expenses against budget, supports revenue goal-setting and budget forecasting, and coordinates with Miriam on production budgets. Runs singer dues program. Provides monthly financial summary to the board treasurer. Participates in Finance Committee Meetings.
Marketing and Communications Manager (~4 hours/week, $400/month): A writer with a clear voice who has a good eye for visuals, this leader manages website, social media, and print materials. Writes and sends donor and general newsletters. Coordinates press releases and community exposure opportunities.
Volunteer and Partnerships Manager (~4 hours/week, $400/month): This relationship builder and connector manages the recruitment, onboarding, support, and recognition program for Puget Soundworks volunteers. Collaborates with leadership to identify volunteer needs and connect people with opportunities. Partners with resources in the wider community (eg corporate and school volunteering programs, peer organizations) to expand the recruiting pool.
